How do I get a copy of my invoice?
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed. Look for the sender “Blink TV Offer Customer Service” in your inbox. You will also find a detailed packing slip within your shipment box. Should you need a digital copy of the packing slip, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I modify or change an existing order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order. This includes changing the billing and shipping information as well as adding or removing items.
- If your billing or shipping information is incorrect, call 1-877-367-4726 immediately. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot alter this information. Instead, we will attempt to cancel the order. You may then place a brand-new order for the Blink TV offer.
- If you wish to order additional items “a-la-carte,” please visit www.blinkcamerastore.com.
How do I cancel my order?
In an effort to get your cameras to you quickly, orders are processed rapidly. Call 1-877-367-4726 immediately if you need to cancel your order and we’ll do our best to flag it before it leaves our facility. However, if the order has already left, there is no recall function. We ask that you contact us upon shipment receipt to begin the return process.
